My wife and I recently returned home after visiting a number of countries. We included Turkey as the final country to visit and whilst there we went to Cappadocia, courtesy of Euphrates Tours. Booking a tour on the Internet with a company that was unknown to us at the time can be risky, but any concerns we had were quickly put to rest. All that you said would be included was included in fine style.
The two-day tour you organised provided a fascinating insight into this amazing part of the world, so much so that it became the highlight of our journeying. It was certainly great value. Congratulations are in order as you and your staff treated us royally.

I want to thank you so much for a fantastic Turkey vacation. Everything was so well planned and executed. The guides made the trip so much more interesting than seeing sites on our own. We did not have to worry about anything as you had taken care of all the details. the hotels were all great, especially your cave hotel was quite memorable. I read somewhere that spending the night in a cave is one thing everyone should do in their lifetime and now I have done so. Please send our regards to Bersin, Morat and Emil. Murat in Istanbul and Birsen were excellent guides and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending your company and these guides to anyone thinking of visiting Turkey. We loved the hotel and do intend planning another trip - it will not be until next year as we are off to the Himalayas again in October/November. Next time we would like to get some walking trips in - not too strenuous (for me)! Ideally we'd like to take a room that has a sitting-out area; please advise of best rooms and costs involved! Once again, our most sincere thanks.

You, Birsen, made my trip exceptionally good! I’ve seen much, learned much, and experienced much. Now I am telling my people at home about your country, your region, your people. My trip back was smooth. My left side is painful. As you understand I visited my doctor yesterday, his recommendations did not differ from our nice doctor in Urgup. They made an x-ray of my poor ribs. My shoulder is getting dark blue. I am not complaining, not at all. Just telling. I was at the funeral of my school friend. Very sad. Now I am to work

I'm sorry it's taken me all week to reply to your message, but I've been trying to catch up on all of the stuff that happened while I was on holiday.
Egypt was great! Everything you planned for us was orchestrated perfectly. From the tour operator, Ahmed at Egypt Plus, to the cruise, tour guides, and even the drivers were wonderful--everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable and we had a great time. I thank you again for all of your hard work on our behalf, and I've attached a photo of myself at the pyramids in Giza for your viewing pleasure.
I just want to say, as interesting as Egypt was, and as much as I enjoyed the trip, I have to say that Turkey really outshines Egypt. I know that I will definitely return to Turkey some day, and I'm not sure that I'll ever return to Egypt. Just wanted you to know how fantastic I think your country is.

I meant to send this earlier but holiday chores and ( my worse damaged than I thought) knee have delayed me. First, I want to thank you for a truly wonderful trip. I have been living on images and memories of the people and places I met and saw ever since I left. Your arrangements were perfect. Cappadocia is as magical and beautiful a place as I had imagined. and more so. Clearly.without the extraordinary people you know and work with, none of it would have been possible, but then people are always the most important part of the equation, right? I did get some wonderful pictures and especially of Kilise St. Jean which I can email if you're interested in ones in addition to those Birzen took. A dark church so a time expsoure wiuth a hand held camera and two crutches made this quite an accomplishment.
After congratulating myself for not losing one of the thirty or forty pieces of paper I carried to and additionally from Turkey, I have misplaced all the papers and addresses I brought back. Birzen gave me her email and home address and I lost that and I want to send her a special note for her kindness and some pictures I took of her and the equally kind and skillful Umit. Please thank both of them and ask Birzen if she will email her home address in Urgup to me while I still have this email address which will just be till Wednesday. I want to thank everyone I met for their kindness and hospitality, including, Barris and then Tolga and Hasan who practically carried me to dinner. If, as a near invalid-traveler, I can help Cappadocia Tours by writing a recommendation to others about all the knowledge, skill, and kindess of Cappadocia tours and company, just let me know how best to do it.

What transpired at airport in Kayseri was a benefit to our schedule. Guides were terrific and we will certainly recommend your company to all our friends for travel in Turkey and elsewhere!!! The trip was everything we expected and we found Turkey a fascinating country with a rich and varied history. Without the assistance of the excellent guides provided we would have missed so much and our holiday reduced to no more then interesting views. I am also very pleased that when we did hit a small problem you were ready, willing and able to resolve it without fuss or difficulty. Thank you for a most enjoyable time.
The tour guides recommendations for restaurants always provided good food but for a place par excellence in Istanbul try The Cure (Divanyolu Cad, Ticarethane Sok, No 35 Sultanahmet). It may not be the cheapest but we received very good and service when we went there.

Hi Süleyman We arrived back to the UK on Tuesday after a fantastic holiday. The tour that you organised for us will leave use with a lasting memory in particular the friendship extended to us by yourself and the staff at the hotel, Birsen our guide and the staff at Izmir. Please thank them all for us, they were great.
We took several hundred photos and an hour of video and when I eventually get around to editing it into a DVD I will send you a copy. I have attached a few to this email.
A particular thank you to Bekir and his wife for the surprise Birthday cake on the 27th which was my 62nd Birthday. A thank you also to our driver Lucky for his considerate and carefully driving on that very long drive to and from Fethiye. (and our driver in Cappadocia, whose name I cannot remember) We will be in contact with you again during the year to organise another tour of your great country.
